Going into fulfilling and rich golden years

The seniors in BCC lead active, full lives, and are a vital, respected group in the church. Catch some glimpses of life as a senior in BCC.

Not having the same capabilities as the youth doesn’t equal to a passive life for the seniors in BCC. In fact, the seniors are very much active, not only with the activities that go on in the church, but also in ministries that are more hidden. There is no doubt that the church could not be the way it is without the steadfast prayers of the elders, and the faithful, unshakable lives that they lead and preach. Their lives and ministries give clear direction, and are powerful examples for the younger ones.

The Grace that is in Christ Jesus

“When people think about grace, they usually think about the forgiveness of sins; and since we have all sinned, we all need grace.” Sigurd Bratlie opens this booklet about grace with these words. However, he goes on to describe in-depth that the grace that is in Christ Jesus means so much more than forgiveness. It also means truth and help. It teaches us not to sin, so that we can be completely free to live a life of victory that leads to perfection.
